Emma Holloway is the daughter of Jeremy and Megan Holloway. She has a younger brother, Jack.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys sewing, singing, ice skating, and sleeping. While she has been at DCHS for only eight months, she has been very involved. She is a member of Student Council, National Honor Society, and the DCHS Singers. She had a major role in this year’s musical, ”Seussical,” and she was also a member of the DCHS Scholars’ Bowl team that qualified for state.
Emma said, “The person I would like to thank most is Olivia Williby. She definitely made senior year easier for me, and I bet that if we had met before that, she would have made the rest of high school better, too.”
Emma is a 2023 Governor’s Scholar, which honors the top 1 percent of seniors in the state. She plans to attend the University of Kansas and major in Spanish.
